They visited Machu Picchu (a 15th century Inca citadel), hiked in the mountains, and visited a friend's family there. Alina Jocius, who grew up in Peru, led the group and will be the main presenter. They will tell us about their travels, and Alina can answer any questions about Peru.

Sarah Stevens In this presentation I argue that we need to stop anthropomorphizing generative artificial intelligence programs such as Open AI's Chat-GPT. Doing so degrades our own humanity. I present a brief history of major achievements in AI and explain how generative AI operates. Then I discuss the limitations of generative AI and provide a demonstration of Microsoft Copilot, showing how it works.
